Rotary Table Injection Molding Machine

Our rotary table injection molding machine is a new product of our plastic injection molding machines. It is also called a two-component injection molding machine. Its mold-closing parts adopt two sets of independent hydraulic ejection system to increase the flexibility and enlarge the applied range of the machine. Meanwhile, designed with rotation plates, the movable mold can be placed with two set of moulds. This shortens production period and improves the working efficiency.

1. The machine adopts modular design, which ensures mould locking parts and injection moulding parts can be combined in a variety of norms. This broadens the scope of its applications.
2. Equipped with two sets of single cylinder injection parts, the machine can complete injection at the same time. This greatly shortens the molding cycle.
3. The machine has two sets of independent hydraulic ejection system. You can choose either according to your needs.
4. With 180° rotary platen with two injecting molds in double directions, the machine utilizes proportional valve to control the power of hydraulic motor. In addition, the sectional control of pressure and speed of rotary platen enables the platen to rotate quickly, stably, and accurately.
5. Located by mechanical, hydraulic and electric positioners, the rotary platen is combined with the axial needle roller bearing. This structure avoids the damage of the moulds and guarantees the positioning precision of the platen.
6. Two sets of independent proportioning pressure flow controller are used to control two injecting units and two hydraulic ejector units.
7. Fine oil system is used with the excellent pump to ensure a good control of the machine.
8. Our machine employs the specialized two color controller. This help the machine have the benefits of high calculation speed and good stability.
