Summary:
● With simple structure, high pressure, good adaptability and high productivity, this series is the main forming equipment for various modular and non-modular rubber products. It is also suitable for the compression forming of thermoset plastics, foam, resin, bakelite, thin metal and construction materials.
FEATURES:
● The moving platen travels up quickly, clamps slowly and travels down quickly. Fast-to-slow platen closing and fast-to-slow gas discharge can be adjusted separately. (Excluding XLB/400KN).
● During product vulcanization forming, oil pump motor stops with automatic pressure compensation function and pump stop lagging, meaning a more rational and reliable oil loop configuration.
● Venting time, number of ventings, heating temperature and vulcanization time can all be set via the controller with ease of operation.
● Two work modes, Manual and Semi-Auto. Set work modes for conventional vulcanization machine: Program I, platen transfer mode; Program II, meet processing requirements for special gums. (Excluding XLB/400KN)
● The hydraulic cylinders adopt independent knowledge property right called “cylinders complex airproof device” (patent No ZL03220060.3) with reliable sealing and long life.
● Novel cylinder seals with reliable sealing and long life.
● Electrical system uses special PLCs for vulcanization machines, with convenient, accurate and reliable control. (Excluding XLB/400KN)
● User can choose Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC controller, 5.7 inch touch-screen
