RT series rubber injection machine

The newly developed RT series rubber injection machine has utilized the latest advanced German technology. From the raw material feeding, to injecting, plasticizing,
forming, and to the withdrawing of the finished product, each process has been
gifted with the optimized design. The whole manufacturing processes and material
sourcing adhere to the strict German procedures and quality criteria to strive
for the high precision, outstanding stability and superior reliability.

The machine features:
1. Dual-cylinder ba lancing injection device makes the dismantling easier when replacing the material.
2. The injection and plasticizing system utilize the advanced and optimized design
to guarantee the precise injection volume.
3. The injection device utilizes the vertical movement structure with shorter injection
runner.
4. Three-step clamping structure, with large clamping stroke, lower workbench and
lower overall machine height.
5.Shoulderless tie bars ensure easy parallelism adjustment between two heating plates.
6. Strictly control the temperature and pressure of the injection and plasticizing
process, directly display the temperature and pressure changing curves.
7. Strictly control the speed and pressure of plasticizing per three stages, directly
display the screw rotating speed.
8. With statistical function, could memorize the historical running parameters for
comparison and analysis.
