Double-Layer plate vulcanization press for rubber
Description:
With simple structure, high pressure, good adaptability and high productivity, this series is the main forming equipment for various modular and non-modular rubber products. It is also suitable for the compression forming of thermoset plastics, foam, resin, bakelite, thin metal and construction materials.
Features:
The moving platen travels up quickly, clamps slowly and travels down quickly. Fast-to-slow platen closing and fast-to-slow gas discharge can be adjusted separately. (Excluding XLB/400KN).
During product vulcanization forming, oil pump motor stops with automatic pressure compensation function and pump stop lagging, meaning a more rational and reliable oil loop configuration.
Venting time, number of ventings, heating temperature and vulcanization time can all be set via the controller with ease of operation.
Two work modes, Manual and Semi-Auto. Set work modes for conventional vulcanization machine: Program I, platen transfer mode; Program II, meet processing requirements for special gums. (Excluding XLB/400KN)
The hydraulic cylinders adopt independent knowledge property right called cylinders complex airproof device (patent No ZL03220060.3) with reliable sealing and long life.
Novel cylinder seals with reliable sealing and long life.
Electrical system uses special PLCs for vulcanization machines, with convenient, accurate and reliable control. (Excluding XLB/400KN)
User can choose Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC controller, 5.7 inch touch-screen
