   XLB / DZ Series vacuum vulcanizing press for rubber is an advanced hot-pressing molding equipment for rubber products, with a national patent (Patent No. : ZL2004201107481.9), its structure is compact with wide applicability, high efficiency and high yield. Especially it is suitable for the rubber model products of complex shapes, exhaust difficultly, difficult to molding and also for rubber products which are easy to produce bubble. Among them, "Frequency conversion microcomputer control Vacuum vulcanizing press" and vacuum vulcanizing press for butyl rubber medical stoppers" were established as National Science and Technology Projects

   These series products are high efficiency, energy-saving, stable and reliable
   Standard configurations are full computer, the electro-hydraulic proportional control system, high degree of automation. It can provide special configuration for users with computerized frequency conversion power- saving control system (Patent No. ZL01126526.4)of independent intellectual property rights.
   Using large screen LCD to show parameters, the interface is intuitive and easy to operate. Heating plate temperature control adopts computer PID control with high accuracy.
   Using electro-hydraulic proportional control system with high efficiency, low noise, long service life 
   Adopting the world's top brand vacuum components, vacuum system is high efficiency and reliable.
   With fast mould-opening&closeing, production efficiency is high
   With automatic mould in&out mechanism, 3RT injector mechanism, low labor intensity and no-damage to the mould.
   Users can choose PLC control and 5.7-inch touch-control screen imported from Siemens or Mitsubishi
